Everything was perfect, excellent staff, amazing location adjacent to the waterfall, the town center, and a private park like setting with a direct view of Arenal volcano. The rooms were large and fairly quiet with a large bed. The room had a delightful view of garden. Food was awesome and I have nothing but just perfect memories from this trip...

Great value for money, spacious room with a stunning volcano view, and friendly staff. the location was peaceful and serene, surrounded by beautiful gardens.

The hotel had a remote location close to the waterfall. It was a short walk to all the restaurants and downtown. the bed was very large and the room was generously sized and fantastic.

Absolutely mind-blowing stay with jaw-dropping surroundings, giant room, and amazing volcano views. Friendly staff, delicious food, and relaxing hot tubs make it super worth the extra euro.
